See below for my email exchange with the vendor, which I believe reasonably explains my stance on his claims to close the invoice ·? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? You made trips total in addition to the initial consultationBoth times, you failed to bring the hardware we both agreed I would purchaseYou knew about the brackets the 2nd time you came out here and agreed to bring some so you could complete the projectLike the receiver and BluRay you did not bring these itemsSince you knew they were needed and failed to bring them the 2nd time, I fail to see how they are relevant to your inability to complete the work ·? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? As stated above, you made two trips total to my homeNeither time did you bring the needed hardware, so the “failure to complete for one reason or another” would be the result of your actions, not mine ·? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? I’ll need to see the invoice, but I will be curious to see what you are billing me forDuring your trips out here, you managed to leave lose wires dangling several feet from my ceiling, loose wires dangling from my wall and you also completely disrupted the wiring behind my TV, leaving unsightly wires hanging out the backNot only am I going to have to finish the work you failed to complete, I am going to have to clean up the wiring you managed to put in complete disarray during your 2nd trip out hereYou are also not taking into consideration the multiple times you committed to coming to my house only to not show up? I’m not sure how to put a value on the time I wasted waiting for you, however I don’t feel that a full refund is unreasonable considering the situation ·? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? My unwilling to have you complete the project stems from one simple factYou have been giving multiple opportunities to do so over the last months and have failed every timeQuite simply, I just wanted my speakers installedI did not want to have multiple back and forth with a service provider, only to be left with broken commitments to deliver hardware, and in some cases broken commitments to even show up at allI am sure you are familiar with cause and effect.your failure to deliver basic goods and services is the cause of this dispute; my expectation of a full refund is the effect of those failures ?

This customer was delivered all of his equipment and more in fact we san additional receiver for proper operation at no extra cost in order to make the surround system work.Numerous appointments were made but the attempts of making the surround sound work is limited due to the electronics not being a match with the Audio system and TV.We have offered to replace the Soundbar with a Different system which includes speakers and installation in good faithHowever we were cut off from time and appointments as well as agreement not being metWe decline 3,as an amount owed This man has possessed all of the equipment and service calls to rectify the system.We stand with the offer to install what will work or decline further service or installation! The money that is owed to us is for installation the of a Onkyo receiver replacing the Pioneer receiver VSX Not listed on the latest invoice.Please call us for any further info needed

We are in receipt of the Complaint filed by *** *** The statement of re-imburseable funds is not possible due to the Amount of Trips and Expenses because of Scheduling, Wrong Speaker Brackets to install and the complete time of this whole job consuming our time and other work we could have
done and completed. We are sending an invoice to you to review. ***
