I am rejecting this response because:This business is accusing me of lying which is ridiculousThe pictures I sent were absolutely of the house that I had them come out and cleanMy landlord can vouch for that as he was present the day their field manager came out to "fix" the problemI can look into trying to match the geotag of the photos for proof but I will need to figure out how to do thatThe refrigerator WAS absolutely moved and there was even a discussion between the cleaners and my fiance when it was moved because the original cleaning women were worried they had broken something by moving it which later turned out to just be a plastic part that clipped back into placeOf course I have negative reviews on Yelp because it's a review siteI also have several very positive reviews. The reason I finally told this company that I was done with them was because I no longer had the keys to the property and could not let them in to try and clean up to my standards a third timeIt should have been done the first time anyhow. I stand by my claim that I paid for a service that was not doneI was not 100% satisfied and therefor want my money back
