We have spoken with the customer and reached a settlement agreement in which the customer was fully reimbursed for the replacement of a new monitor The check was mailed out on the 25th as agreed and should have reached her residence by now There isn't much more we can do beyond that at
this point

Hello, we have made contact with our customer and after detailed discussion we were able to come to agreement and terms, also explaing to our customer what exactly went wrong in the communication He is in the end happy and agreed to remove his complaint with Revdex.com Thank you
