I am rejecting this response because: The dash panel in a ford fis comprised of several piecesHe is correct in pointed out that a 3"x 4" section of the lower left panel was missing a corner due to a former employee of mines disregard for personal propertyThe claim about missing an AC vent is complete fabrication and lieI would happy to take pictures of damage and completed work but will not be driving to the shop as I live 700+ miles awayMy sole intent for this complaint was to point out how I was left without answers and zero solutions offered upon pointing out the issue on site

In years of working on customer's vehicles, this is the first and only time I have been faced with this accusationOther than to hook our scanner up to his vehicle and to drive his vehicle, all work performed on his vehicle was performed under the hood and underneath the
vehicleAs you can see by the repair order, we performed a tuand an oil changeWhat Mr*** omitted in his information to you is that on the driver's side of vehicle arrived with a section of the dash completely missing as well as one of his AC ventsMy point being is his dash was in bad shape already He has not heard this offer from me, but if he has his dash replaced, even though I accept absolutely no responsibility for any of the damage to his dash, I will pay for 25% of the cost he has given as the repair price, but he must come in to our place of business with a repaired or replaced dash assembly with the receipt showing payment of repairs I just am curious as to why he seemed content to drive around with a very less than perfect dash until after he leaves our shop, and then decides a fair deal is for us to replace his previously damaged dash with us footing the entire bill
