I am rejecting this response because: A consumer pays Austin Couch Potatoes over $1,for bedroom furniture and your response for a poorly made headboard by your supplier is I did not pay for another warranty if I were an owner and or a super at Austin Couch Potatoes I would help a customer that spent almost $5,with you in furniture that head board is cracked and that is definitely a manufacturer's problemYou being the reseller I paid you the money not LMT.? We were told and sold solid wood furniture and the wood has cracked terrible quality not even a 2" x 6" board from Lowes or Home Depot would crack unless I put a nail in it and hit it with a hammer!? ?

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI still thinks it's funny that I've been trying to get this taken care of since August, and filing a clam with the Revdex.com was the only way for me to actually get my warranty taken care ofI think the warranty is worthless, and ya'll were giving me the run around for all this timeI still want the amount of money that I paid for the warranty refunded to me because it seems that you don't care about your customer once they leave your facility and ya'll have no plan on taking care of your customers either

I am rejecting this response because: This is the same response that I've been hearing since I emailed the first time. The factory hasn't been shut down since August when I first filed the warranty claim, or a month later when I inquired about my warranty claim. Been given the run around ever since and it seems that nothing has changed.

I am rejecting this response because: A consumer pays Austin Couch Potatoes over $1,900.00 for bedroom furniture and your response for a poorly made headboard by your supplier is I did not pay for another warranty if I were an owner and or a super at Austin Couch Potatoes I would help a customer that spent almost $5,000.00 with you in furniture that head board is cracked and that is definitely a manufacturer's problem. I am rejecting this response because:  We have not gotten our full delivery.  You still haven't delivered the chair that was broken.  You guys are ridiculus.  My wife called on Wednesday to check the status once again as that was the date we were told.  Again [redacted] answered the phone and said our chairs were there and that she was getting with the warehouse manager.  He would absolutely call us back that day.  Guess what - no call at all from your company.  My wife had to wait a full 24 hours and call back.  How does your company ([redacted] on at least 4 to 5 occasions - not to mention all the other people) repeatedly tell a customer you are going to call them back and never do.  We shouldn't have to continually call you to try and track down our furniture.
Even after we have complained to the managers there, complained to the Revdex.com, and anywhere else we can escalate to you refuse to try and fix the issues with communicating to your customers.
Not to mention that when your delivery team did finally delivered our couch they broke our door frame and hit a table that spilled candle wax over our table and wall.
Absolutely worse company have ever dealt with and if you don't improve someone should have you closed so other people don't have these same issues.

That solves the issue Revdex.com. We have negotiated in our means to work with this customer. Customer has received all goods ordered and has signed all documentation. We see this as a closed deal. Please see the attached invoices and ge contracts. Also please read the fine print on the terms and conditions of the sale.

I understand your frustration. However on the day of order [redacted] and I negotiated a first week of June delivery. He made it seem like it wasn't a big deal to get the furniture from the 1st-3rd. We delivered the furniture as negotiated over the phone on Tuesday. We are...

planning on making the 2nd delivery of your California King Bed as soon as it arrives. But at this point I will not promise any delivery dates because I do not want to be held responsible. We will take our time and do it right, no rushing, we will negotiate the time. 
Again I'm sorry for any confusion. Our invoice clearly states at the bottom...
"Availability of merchandise is estimated according to information on hand at the time order is written. Seller shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of merchandise occasioned by manufacturer's scheduling, stock on hand, availability of materials, transportation difficulty or any other cause beyond the control of the seller."
I notate that line because - if we had the inventory in our warehouse I could have brought it too you on June 2nd, however everything was still estimated delivery times when you called to schedule your delivery.

"Seller can designate a day for Delivery, but not a specific time." 
[redacted], we did our best to accommodate you with the scenario at hand. I think we can have a fresh start wrap up the last delivery... and we already put into works the refund with GE as negotiated with [redacted] on the phone on Monday.

At first I was very happy with this company. Now, after I have spent $4,000 on the furniture I am wishing I would have gone to a name brand store instead. The chair that I bought from them broke just after a few months. After going round and round with them they finally sent someone out to look at it. It has been a month and I still have a broken chair. Yes, I did spend the extra $200 for the warranty. Technician was supposed to call me yesterday to set up my appointment for today and like their typical fashion they never called. Here I sit with this huge chair that takes up a quarter of my living room and no one can sit on it. At this point I have no choice but to take legal action on them and enforce the lemon law. Really sad because they seemed like such nice people.
