25th at 1pm. We had 2 cleaners show up to her property and clean for 3.38 hours each. We do follow up after every single appointment. During this follow up [redacted] mentioned that "some" items had been missed. As per our 100% guarantee: We returned to the property when she was ready for us. This took place on Friday, May 27th a 1pm. Our Field Director [redacted] was there for an additional 3 hours making sure to go over every inch of the property including areas we do not cover to make sure that she was satisfied with the work. When we followed up with her again, she mentioned that it still was not great and that we overcharged her. I mentioned that the extra $$$ was sales tax. I have 13 pages of emails back and forth and other documents showing that we went back out and did everything we could to make her happy. The pictures she was sending us were not even of the house that we cleaned. The cabinets were a different color as was the carpet. We do not move the refrigerator as this could damage the floor, so this was incorrect as well. She has multiple "negative reviews" on YELP as well. We have offered to go back out and see what else could possibly be done and she said she was not available and it was fine. We work very hard to ensure that our customers are happy and this is why we offer our 100% guarantee.
