vehicle. As you can see by the repair order, we performed a tune-up and an oil change. What Mr. [redacted] omitted in his information to you is that on the driver's side of vehicle arrived with a section of the dash completely missing as well as one of his AC vents. My point being is his dash was in bad shape already.  He has not heard this offer from me, but if he has his dash replaced, even though I accept absolutely no responsibility for any of the damage to his dash, I will pay for 25% of the cost he has given as the repair price, but he must come in to our place of business with a repaired or replaced dash assembly with the receipt showing payment of repairs.  I just am curious as to why he seemed content to drive around with a very less than perfect dash until after  he leaves our shop, and then decides a fair deal is for us to replace his previously damaged dash with us footing the entire bill.
