Review: Had a estimate from owner for a new liner. The first problem started when he would never return any calls so we would know when to drain it. They came to install and broke a gift I had just received for Mother's Day. Never told us then, after we filled the pool and started the pump we noticed the light didn't work, which it was in working order before they took it apart. (A worker even admitted the guy took it apart wrong and that is when the wires tore apart) I called numerous times and texted him, he texted back "I DIDN'T BREAK YOUR LIGHT". he never returned any calls. So we went to the store to see if he was going to come back and look at it. We waited for him to get there because workers said he was on his way. He came into the store swearing and yelling. We could not even try to explain. Then called my husband a [redacted] ---------- ..and threatened to throw us out. He continued to talk like that until I threatened to call the police. He said we were complainers. We were only stating facts about the light and just wanted to know if he was coming back to look at it!! I have never been treated so Rude or have been Afraid to be at a business. [redacted] the owner never would let us try to explain what we were there for. We had no other choice than to leave! I would never recommend him or his store to anyone!! And I am truly sorry that I did recommend him at all because their job was not done either.Desired Settlement: Well the damage is done. I think the Biggest Problem is the owner. I can not expain how bad the situation was!!! He is a person with anger problems and out of control..
