The issue with this customer was promptly attended to in November He is STILL a current customer with a fast pass membership on one car as of today February 13, This issue was that he had cars in the plan and he enjoyed a 50% discount on the second car In August he says that he emailed a request to stop the second car Unfortunately, we did not show such emails for whatever reason until November However, when customer emailed Autawash on Friday November 4, at 11:am, we listened and on Monday November 7, research was completed and a refund for his 50% charge on the second car was refunded to the credit card that we had on file for the months of September, October and November The plan for the second car was terminated The customer was contacted by telephone and the issue resolved and you can see the customer continues to have a plan on his first car with us It appears that the customer never informed the Revdex.com that we happily resolved the issue
