Ive done what I was told to do like disconect wifi reboot comp. Then allow it to stay on screen for half hour without shutting off screen or refreshing it so I called once again before closeing time and lefty number on there answer service recording and hr goes by no return call so I tried calling back and of coarse closed im bout fed up

Review: I purchased an Autel MD802 auto scanner in July 2015. Part of the sale is a one year warranty and one year of free updates. When I registered the unit on 7/**/2015 the warranty came back as 07/**/2014 - 10/**/2015. This is incorrect. When I registered the unit, I was advised that an update was available. When I tried to update the unit, I received a "Download Failure" Notice. I called Autel.us technical at ###-###-#### and immediately got a recording to hold. I was on hold for quite some time then a voice came on for me to leave a number and then hung up. I did not leave a number as I have waited for hours and days in the past and no return calls. Besides I have things to do besides setting beside the phone. My time is just important as Autel.us. I called at three different times during the day with the same outcome. I called Autel.us at ###-###-#### option 2 with the same outcome. I called Autel.us at ###-###-#### with the same outcome. I sent and email to Autel.us on 7/**/2015 1:59PM. This included and explanation of the problem, my email address, my address, and my phone number. I have not received any kind of response from Autel.us. I purchased the MD802 from [redacted]. I also sent [redacted] a letter stating the problem on 8/**/2015. [redacted] has not responded. [redacted] advertised that the MD802 they were selling had a US serial number so it would not have any problem with the one year free update as opposed to those with a Chinese serial number which will not update. They also advertise the one year warranty. All of the updates come from Autel.us in New York and not [redacted] but I cannot get a response from anyone to get the service that I have paid for. I would like to have the one year warranty and the one year of included free updates as advertised.Desired Settlement: I want the one year warranty and the one year free updates as advertised.

Review: MaxiDas DS708 Diagnostic Scanner for cars and trucks.Unit doesn't function the way it is suppose to, Tech. Support is no help. The unit will not work as described.It can't connect to Internet, it can't diagnose problems that it suppose to be able to do. Tech. Support has tried to fix issues, but it still will not function the way it is designed to do.I have a 1 year warranty that expires in 8/**/2015 and I want a refund of my money on this unit.[redacted]Desired Settlement: I want a complete refund for this Product.
