Review: First, the phone number you have listed for this business has apparently been disconnected, the current phone number listed on their website, [redacted] is [redacted].

I first purchased their [redacted] product a couple of years ago, an [redacted] reader and analyzer, and have been satisfied with it. In January of this year, I purchased an extended function capability for [redacted] vehicles but so far, of three vehicles I have tested it on, it only works properly on a 2005 [redacted]. It does not work properly on a [redacted] which I purchased it for nor on a [redacted], both of which are claimed to have support of the package.

A complaint was made to customer support and I was asked to provide them with a log file of the attempt to log on to the [redacted] and [redacted] vehicles, which I did on January 28th. I queried support on February 8th asking about progress and was told it was on their project list.

Since then, I have had no replies either to frequent emails or to recent phone calls to their [redacted] number. It is very odd that they have not even given me the courtesy of a reply. It is now over two months since I sent them the requested log files for their inspection; I don't even know if they're still in business.

P.S. Early on, I asked for a refund and was told that due to the nature of the additional software key I purchased for $99 on line, they couldn't disable it and, so, I would still have the product. I told them that I would uninstall the original [redacted] software from my computer and send them back the disk and they could just send me a new disk with a different set of keys but I received no reply to that suggestion either.Desired Settlement: Either a refund of the $99 paid for the extended capability or a fix to the program to make it work properly. But I have already been waiting two months with no results so the refund is probably the best route.
