Review: I was relocating across the country from [redacted], MD to [redacted] Ca. I planned on driving over so I shipped for of my boxes through Postal Connections. I recieved their information from a FedEX representative who stated that they were and "authorized FedEX drop center". So I decided to ship my boxes from their store on October 27, 2012. I placed shipping labels on the boxes and left them in the store for FedEx to pick up the next day. I had my boxes shipped to LA and my cousin was expected to pick them up in 3 days. I recieved a call from my cousin that was picking my boxes up in LA at the FedEX center and she informed me that only 3 of my boxes made it. I decided to wait a couple of days and then she informed me that the other 2 had arrived. She placed the boxes in storage where I would retrieve them when I had arrived in LA. I arrived in LA in Novemeber but due to my living arrangements, I wasnt able to collect my boxes from storage until 1 month ago. I went to the storage and noticed that 2 of the boxes were not the boxes tha I had originally packaged. I looked inside the boxes on to discover that these were my some of my items but packaged in different boxes. I noticed that many of my items were stolen from both boxes such as shoes, dvd player, and other items that I packaged. I called FEDEX and they stated that postal connections had shipped 3 boxes on 10/29/2012 and then shipped the other boxes on 10/31/2012. FEDEX reported that none of the boxes were damaged and needed to be re-boxed. In closing, Postal Connections stole my belongings, re-boxed the items that the did not want (such as paperwork)and stole what they did want. I am very upset as I had one of a kind items. I really am outraged that these people will result in criminal activites and go to such dept to steal my items and have the nerve to package what they didnt want and sent the rest to me. Please help me with this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to pay for what they stole. $400.00 worth of my belongings which were all of my shoes and a dvd player plus other things I wont know is missing until im looking for it. If I cant a refund, I would still like for this to be recorded at Revdex.com a complaint(consumers beware) for all the world to see.

I am rejecting this response because: The company owner has fabricated the details and outrightly omitted several important details from the situation. Yes, the store owner ([redacted]) was correct in saying that I decided not to pay the price he quoated me for the shipment for my 5 boxes, instead I decided to pay through FedEx directly. I spoke with **. [redacted] and asked him if he would keep my boxes at his store and attach the shipping labels to the packages once the FedEx representative sent the labels over (due to my tight scheduled drive from Maryland to California, I didn't have time to wait on the shipping labels). **. [redacted] agreed to accept the labels and place them on the box. I was very gracious to **. [redacted] that he allowed me to leave my boxes in his store as well as him sticking the labels to the boxes. I did not stick the labels to the boxes, **. [redacted] did because I had left the store and began my drive across the country. I called the representative from FedEx to ensure that the labels were sent out and she stated that she spoke with **. [redacted] personally to ensure he had received the labels. As far as these packages being in storage, that is a completely false. My family kept those boxes in their home until I got to California 1 week later. In my original complaint with Revdex.com, I stated that the boxes were shipped from the store at 2 different times. 3 of the boxes were shipped from **. [redacted]s's store on Monday, October 29, 2012 and then the other 2 were shipped out later on Tuesday, October 30, 2012. The question is why the store representative did not ship all of my boxes at the same time? Also, the last 2 boxes that came were completely RE-PACKAGED and shipped 1 day later. If fact, all of my shoes that were stolen were in one box and not one pair were in the boxes. Instead, items were taken out of 1 box and divided between the 2 boxes that came a day later.
