later I received the packageThe package only contained bra's I then contacted them again and they emailed me back and states they could no longer speak to me about my issues, they said they refunded $80, not even close to what I am owedHowever they sent the payment to a card that is closedSo now I must wait for the credit card company to send me a checkI told them this but again the email back to me stated they couldn't speak to meI am still not satisfied and want all of my money backThey would not even provide an address to send back the bras I did not order. Review: We purchase an ESPN rod hockey table from Dick's Sporting Goods in May 2008 for $509.98. In December 2008, we contacted Sportcraft because 2 of the player rods broke. We spoke with [redacted]. He advised us the hockey table has been discontinued and we can no longer buy replacement parts. He had us fax a copy of the invoice and the amount we paid. We asked him to call us back with our options. He called us back the following day and informed us we would be receiving a full refund since the game was under warranty and should expect the refund within 4-6 weeks. By February 2009, we still had not received a refund so we tried to call him back. He was no longer there so we ended up speaking with [redacted]. We explained what had occurred again and she had us fax everything we had sent to [redacted]. She never called us back. We tried several times and would always get someone else, had to explain everything over again and re-fax everything. No one ever called us back and we never received a refund. We are very disappointed especially my son who used his own birthday money to help purchase it. The game is not playable.Desired Settlement: We would like a full refund as promised of $509.98.

In response to the claim filed by [redacted] relating to an item purchased in 2008, I must first state that we did not even exist in 2008. Authentic Brands was created in 2010 as a brand licensing company. We do not manufacture, hire others to manufacture on our behalf or distribute and manufactured items. We are a pure licensing company.

Since this claim relates to a Sportcraft product, I will note that we did purchase the name "Sportcraft" in 2012 at a bankruptcy proceeding and the name was the only thing we purchased.

Since we did not even exist for over 2 years after this product was purchased in 2008 and furthermore, we had no affiliation with the brand Sportcraft until 4 years after the purchase of this item I do not understand why this claim was filed against us.

Review: [redacted] (now owned by Authentic Brands Group) stole my credit card information and attempted to steal my merchandise. After closing their physical stores due to bankruptcy (without informing their employees), I was unable to return my lingerie to a store. I was told by customer service to mail my lingerie and credit card information to their warehouse in Phoenix, AZ and that it would take about two weeks to process. I did. 3 and a half weeks later, still no refund, so I called again. I was told they'd received my return but no refund was in the system and I would get a call back when they figured out what was going on. Instead of calling me, the company overnight mailed my lingerie back to me saying they weren't accepting store returns and that my item and correspondence were enclosed. My correspondence was NOT enclosed. Somebody kept my credit card information. They had no intention of mailing my unwanted lingerie back to me, otherwise it wouldn't have taken a month and me complaining for them to OVERNIGHT it. Now I'm out the money for this lingerie I don't want and an extra $6 for shipping. They solicited my credit card information without purpose and attempted to keep merchandise I paid for. I was told on the phone after receiving my lingerie back that it was because the company went bankrupt. I don't care why. Having new owners (the customer service supervisors refuse to give any information about how to reach corporate or tell me who bought [redacted]'s - Authentic Brands Group) does not absolve them of the old owners' mistakes, especially if they're keeping the name [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want a refund in the amount of $54.97. That will cover the $46 lingerie, the $3.22 in sales tax, and the $5.75 I spent mailing my unwanted merchandise to them before they sent it back. If they can return online orders, they can return my store order since no one told anyone the stores were closing and they asked me to send them the return.
