As I recall there were two attempts made to resolve this, both returned in the mail, when notified there was no response via phone or text messages. Until I received a threatening (to do harm to my company's reputation) via email by this same employee, I felt it would be best to have a third party handle it.
I have sent an email and placed a phone call to see what the current resolution status is at this time.
