Hello ***, Thank you for contacting us regarding this issue, it is my understanding that the employee who made the mistake, is who has filed this complaintAs I recall there were two attempts made to resolve this, both returned in the mail, when notified there was no response via phone or text messagesUntil I received a threatening (to do harm to my company's reputation) via email by this same employee, I felt it would be best to have a third party handle itI have sent an email and placed a phone call to see what the current resolution status is at this timeWith the Holiday Season on us I hope to hear back from them soonI will keep you updated Respectfully, [redacted] ***

As I recall there were two attempts made to resolve this, both returned in the mail, when notified there was no response via phone or text messages. Until I received a threatening (to do harm to my company's reputation) via email by this same employee, I felt it would be best to have a third party handle it.
