[redacted] signed the invoice and paid for the job in full. Over a week later is when his wife called back asking about the total cost.
I explained to her the job entailed labor of 16 hours. (2 men at 8 hours each) I explained to her in an email how the cost was totaled. SHe responded with the same questions in a different form. I did not respond again because it was the same answer I already gave her. In all, there seemed to be a miscommunication between husband and wife.
Thanks,
