Complaint[redacted] did not deliver on contract.We contracted him to build a fence and he never came through. I hired [redacted] to build an iron fence around our pool that was designed and drawn by my wife. We contracted him on Oct 21 of 2014 with a finish date of Nov. 25 2014. Down payment of $3633.50 was paid via check by me. It was very difficult getting [redacted] on the phone and the install date came and went without anything from [redacted]. December 4th 2014 [redacted] showed up at our house with half a gate that was designed pretty close to my wife's drawing. He said that he was way behind but had started on our fence. We settled on a new install date just a couple days before Christmas. I spoke to him about moving it back to the 28th of December so that I could be in town and he agreed that would give him the needed time to finish. I got a text from him on the 29th saying that he would show up on the 30th at 10:30am. That day came and went with him not showing up and he has not answered any phone calls or texts since. I believe that he is not coming through on our agreement and he has in essence stolen $3633.50 dollars from me.Desired SettlementI want my money back. He has refused to communicate whatsoever any issues that he has had in building our fence, so I would like our design drawings back as well as a full refund due to not coming through on anything that was agreed upon.

I don't think this company should be doing business taking people money and don't do the job he could get serious hurt if he run across the right one.I contact [redacted] to see what will he charge to put up two gates at my home we schedule appointment he came by and saw what he needed to do and gave me a price of $480.00 half down and the other upon completion gave him $240.00 down this was 6/24/15 when he came by and wrote up the proposal for service the gates will be ready July 3,2015 wanted it by July 4th ok he said no problem. It is now July 28th still no gates want return calls or texts message on the proposal the address says [redacted] but [redacted] is listed Revdex.com [redacted] did return some of the text messages coming always something happen where he can't make it all I want is my money back.Desired Settlementrefund my money back

Must have full refund.Final Consumer Response This complaint can be closed even though I am not satisfied. Contractor did return on May 14 and did some work on gate , but did not have the gate opener contracted for. After a series of unexplained delays he did come on May 20 and installed a [redacted] gate operator although it was not the model promised , had several missing parts he had to hunt down and did not appear new as he promised. I felt compelled to accept it and get the matter over with. It does operate the gate.
