Horrible customer service. Took twice as long as quoted and the quality was terrible. Nothing was as advertised and refused contacting for updates
Horrible customer service. Took twice as long as quoted (order 11/10 quoted for 2 weeks, did not receive and update until 12/12) and the quality was terrible (paid for custom cotton hat, received an acrylic hat with incorrect stich color and lopsided embroidery with a sub-par print). Nothing was as advertised and when contacting for updates to ensure a good outcome only given a "be patient" after a week of silence. The item they gave me couldve been made for a fraction of the cost ($200 is what I paid but the value of the item is listed at $5 when shipped from ***) here in the *** side meaning they pocketed 90% while returning a bad product knowing fully that it wasnt made correctly because I gave a detailed description with a 3d rendering from multiple side. Below is just an example of lack of answers and lack of awareness from sending a poor sample
I want at least $150 back as $100 was a set to be a deposit for a $2000 order but the terrible customer was so bad I can not trust that I will get a quality product to sell to my customers. This has hurt my brand image as I have had to cancel a large amount of pre orders because they quoted an unrealistic delivery time and delivered a terrible product

This is an invalid complaint by the customer as the customer already charged us back the $219.00 which was deducted from our bank account on December 19th, and we had not even sent the sample yet. We contacted him on January 1,2020 with images of the sample and asked where he wanted the sample sent. He did not reply. There is no money due to customer as he already charged back prior to receiving sample.

They have already fought the charge back and my card was recharged. The email I had for contact is no longer valid. I could not respond with a complaint because they either deleted or blocked my email. I put the fraud claim after a week of no responses from them assuming it was a fake compnay and only sent a weak response after the chargeback hit. They lied about the product, time, and cost my company money and still have the funds I can show proof they have $219 still and the fake product they sent me.
In the email correspondence that we had forwarded, the customer was aware that the $219 charge included $200 for sample creation and $19 for shipping. He received the sample. Had a placed an order then $100 of the cost to create the sample would be applied towards his order. This is also included in the correspondence. We have no way to block email and we responded to him. We are currently trying to explain once again the sample cost which he had agreed to pay that invoice. At this writing, he is not responding to us.

The invoice was to pay for a custom manufactured COTTON hat that is supposed to cost $100 to make and a $100 deposit to for a full order of COTTON HATS. They sent me an acrylic hat without the custom stitching THAT I PAID $100 FOR. I spent a week ensuring they could produce what I asked for and gave detailed instructions and models to work from. They ignored my design instructions and gave me a cheap product weeks late with no answers on the status of the production the entire time. They falsely advertised their services and did not give me the product I order. I only ask for some of what I paid back as $50 should cover the cost of the $5 hat they sent me and return my deposit as I will not be using this service as they lie to their customers to maximize profits while costing me hundreds in pre-order sales that had to be refunded.
On November 29, 2019, I ordered 25 pairs of slider sandals with black soles and white uppers. I have a copy of the message which confirms what I had ordered. I paid $75 for additional shipping to ensure that the sandals would arrive prior to our Christmas Party on December 15. The sandals where Christmas gifts for my students. Not only did the sandals not arrive on time, but the order was wrong. I was sent 23 pairs of all white sandals as opposed to the 25 white with black soled sandals. I contacted Authentic Manufacturing Co./Uniq Customs, LLC, advised them of their error and was told that I was responsible for shipping them back to China and that they had to be packaged appropriately to clear Customs. I had to pay all shipping related costs. Even though I had documents showing that it was their error, they would not correct the mistake.

Exchange I would like them to pay any additional return shipping charges and correct the order without any additional cost to me. If they are not willing to do that, I will return the merchandise to Michigan and what a full refund.
The customer has agreed to ship the shoes back to us and we will be sending her new ones once those are received.
