I submitted my manuscript to Author Agency in March I have not harassed my representative *** *** but nor have I heard from him during this timeWhile I understand the publishing business is slow, I do not expect to be ignoredI have sent one note asking for just a short update and that they were working on finding a publisherThe second was requesting that they shred my submission as I have started working with another editorI have heard nothing in returnIf you are expecting a publishing company that will keep you posted on their actions in a timely manner Author Agency is not for you
I'd like to share my experience about josrod Roofing they were very helpful explained everything went through the whole thing with me and did a great job very happy and pleased with their service I called other roofers and they didn't do what he did for me so if you need a new roof go to josrod
I would like to let you know my experience with JosRod roofingAfter my insurance company signed off on the hail claim Jose and the crew went to workAfter the job began, I was very pleased with the way the crew responded to any of my concerns(I have a tendency to stick my nose into things, ask questions and assure certain things are done)They were very flexible regarding the payment and worked with me and my financeJose was in contact with me throughout the entire processI would recommend their services
I was approached by Josrod Roofing last summer I had originally written a great review, because they were very persuasive in their business sale and promised to give us a great deal and would work with us with our money situation I gave the review, before our nightmare with this company started First, they gave us our contract with the knowledge that we wouldn't be able to pay a one lump settlement, but monthly payments We agreed that this was the only way that we would be able to take the contract We signed our contract, and they ordered the materials After the materials were order, his company came back and said that they were wrong with the quoted price This was later found out that this was a lie, because he wanted more money from the job We said that we couldn't afford the new payment The company assured us that they would honor the original price since it was their mistake and they already ordered all the materialsThat upset us quite a lot, since they tried to up charge us Since then we never felt good about going with this company, but we felt that we were stuck Of course since they did the job it has gone from bad to worse He got his depreciated money, and then his representation and the company had a falling out He is now stating that he never said we could make monthly payments or that he would honor the original price that was quoted We resent him the contract that he said he would honored with the first check However, it got returned to us, because the address that was on the contract was wrong So after having to pay $for having to have to cancel our check, he finally gave us the correct addressAfter the first check that he got he then demanded all his money up front, from which we said that we couldn't do If we would have know what a horrible company this was, then we would have never entered into any contract We are still going through legal options now in order to settle with this company once and for all I couldn't begin to tell you how horrible this company is and don't use them ever
I am very pleased with Josrod Roofing CompanyThey did a great job on my roof and were very patient about their payments that were being being split up in two payments with a lot of red tape and delayI will use this company again if I needed too
I had work done on my roof a couple of days ago and their service is horrible The main problem is due to lack of communication from the owner Phone calls and text messages never answered Owner did not inform me when workers were starting on my house, due to that I was not home to warn workers of rotted carport therefore one employee fell through causing more damage and scratches on car which was parked underneath Took them three days to finish my sqfoot home, not mention contract was signed on 6-10-and wasn't started until 7-15- Family members of mine experienced similar problems
MrR*** was recommended by my neighborMy roof started leaking after the rain that we had so I called MrR*** to ask for an estimate and he came right over and checked the roof very thoroughly He told me that he would get back with me in a couple of days with an estimate and samples He called within days to set up a time to come by with the estimate and samples Compared to other contractor his price was very reasonable and I was impressed with the samples along with the pictures that he provided showing how the house would look with the colors that I liked His workers were here early and stayed late so the job was done in days Jose would come by at the end of the day to do a check on the job and to see if I had any questionsThey did a great job in covering my roses so that they would not get damaged with any debris from the roof and also put tarps on the ground which made the clean up very easy (especially in catching the nails)The week after the job was done Jose would called just to make sure that my roof was no longer leaking I was very impressed with the work that was done and how they left my yard clean I have received so many compliments on the job that was done and how nice my house looks I would highly recommend Josrod Roofing
Hello, I just recently got our roof completed by Josrod Roofing I was highly impressed with this company They were able to work with our finances and get the job completed in a timely manner Our whole roof was completed in one day I was very surprised and pleased The roofers were hard working and nice Thanks for the great service

They replaced my roof after a hail storm in We had concerns regarding a leak in which turned out to have nothing to do with the roof itself and the owner, (Jose Rodz) came over to check it out Even though the leak had nothing to do with the roof, he did minor repairs to the chimney which caused the leakWe are very please with the new roof and have not had any issues otherwiseThanks JosRod!
