I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
I received, a reply from the business’s insurance company, they rejected the claimThe reason they used was , since I pushed the appliance back in place and I didn’t catch the damage before the repairman leftThe type floor I have would have been damaged when they pulled out from the wall. With this rejection, I’m looking to see if I have any recourseIf you have any suggestions, I would appreciate it. Thank you, Michael ***###-###-####

in generalYes they fixed the part but I still had to keep calling the manager multiple times for weeks asking him what was going onI lost over dollars in food over the months they took to fix it, was up early waiting on them to arrive at our house multiple times and they never showed up even after this claim was submittedI am glad the part is fixed but will NEVER use this company again or recommended them!

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[redacted] called me on a Sunday evening and was very rude and condescending. We had a very argumentative conversation. He called me back 4 times but I had dropped my phone in a tank of water at work and had to wait for a new one to arrive. I called him back after I received my new phone. He wanted a copy of the work order and a copy of my cancelled check for the services provided. Since my bank does not return cancelled checks, I went to the bank to get a copy of it. They could not find where the check had ever been cashed. I verified the check number and they could not find where it had been through the bank. Since we have "duplicate" style checks, I took the check register to the bank for verification that we wrote the check. They still could not find it. Also my wife said that the repairman never left a copy of the work order with her. I have the work order from where this company worked on the refrigerator in 2014 but not in 2015.I have left two messages for [redacted] to call me back with this information but he has not done so to date. Since he told me that it was ludicrous for me to expect him to pay half of the new refrigerator bill (and he stressed this to me several times during the initial phone conversation) I did not submit the bill to you for the new refrigerator. Since he never deposited my check for the repairs performed, I guess he owes me nothing. I would like to know what the repairman did with my check. With all of the problems of identity theft these days, I am not happy about a check with my bank account number, name and address just floating around somewhere. I have put a stop payment on that check at my bank.Word of mouth is worth more than any amount of advertising. I will never recommend this company to anyone and will gladly tell anyone about my bad experience.

Our company went out to [redacted]s house for a faulty gas oven .  On inspection we found a faulty electronic gas igniter, we replaced it with new part.  After we installed the new part the oven was tested and found to be working properly.  Ms. [redacted] called our company back and said it was not working properly.  We went back out to her home and turned oven on and watched it run properly again. Our technician also checked for any gas leaks and found none.  After our second visit to her home we were not contacted again until the complaint was made with Revdex.com.  The manger called Ms. [redacted] and asked if she would like us to send another technician out she declined  our offer. The original call was made in May 2015, the complaint was made in January 2016.  Our warranty is 90 days part and 30 days labor stated on  our invoice.  We tried to work with Ms. [redacted] but she declined our offer.

We replaced the part at no extra charge.  The issue is resolved.  Customer is satisfied.Thank You[redacted]

The unit was not spinning due to a bad compasitor.  We installed a new compasitor and ran the unit through a cycle to ensure that the issue had been fixed.  The unit was working properly.  [redacted] called back stating that the unit was still engaging when the lid was open.  We...

tried to schedule a time with him to fix this problem.  He refused to schedule the appointment with us.  We stand behind our warranty on all repairs.  If the new issue was related to the previous repair there would have been no charge to the customer.  We will not be issuing a refund due to the original problem being repaired.  We will send our technician back out to fix the new issue if [redacted] will schedule for us to do so.  Thank YouChris SchulteAuthorized Appliance Repair

1/15/16 -- Owner Chris S[redacted] called with the following response:He went to the consumer's home May, 2015 to work on her stove. The ignition was bad. He replaced it. Tested it before he left. It was working fine. While he was there, he did accidentally knock over a chair.Consumer was overly...

concerned that he was wearing knee pads. He explained to her he wears knee pads because he spends a lot of time on his knees while working. She was still uncomfortable.Consumer called him back. F10 indicator light was on. He checked everything out. It was fine. He told the consumer it was fine. He said he has offered to return to fix the stove. Consumer told him NO.He offered to send someone else to fix the stove. Consumer told him NO.He said May, 2015 was the last he heard from the consumer. He provides a 90 guarantee on his service. Consumer waited until the 90 guarantee was expired before she filed her complaint. He is still willing to go out and fix the stove under the guarantee terms, but she refuses to let him in.
