Horrible company to deal withWe have two kids that are now in university and getting their funding has been a nightmareWe had to contact heritage multiple times to get the total money in the accountFor some reason Heritage had different lump sums for each child and did not tell us thisMy son is in third year engineering and we are still trying to get all of his funds out of HeritageWe have submitted the documentation many times and the latest issue is they want conformation of his classes because they waited too long to process our last request and they need the new semesterIF we had not been persistent with Heritage I believe they would have kept some of the funds owing to us [redacted]

When the time comes that the person you invested for needs the money these people will throw every hurdle, obstacle, & request for every type of paperwork humanly imaginable in your way to delay, & make getting back what you invested so totally frustrating that you will walk away from what your investment has earned*** *** *** ***, but even though you know that they are making money on your money, a bank will give you back what they said they would with little, or no troubleAn aunt, & uncle of my three children were kind enough to make an investment for themWe went through this agrivation with Heritage four years ago when our daughter started university & it has gotten even worse now with my twin boys going to start college,apparently they have found a few new hurdles!!!!***
I also had plan with this company (Fond d education Heritage) and started receiving for my kidsWhen they ask you what plan you want like for example option you get less money, option you get a bit more money and option you get the most money out of your investmentWell when this is presented to you like this you take option What they don't tell you but it on the long legal paper that you signed for is that if you kid dosen't fulfill the term of school like year program you loose all the rest of your moneySo it's like gambling, if you kid finish there year term with out dropping out you win and if they drop out you loosemy kid continued as a part time student but that dosen't qualifies for the program, as he or she must be full time student to qualifiesSo I lost for one kid year and for the other I lost years for a lot of investment that I at the time was good to doIf he have any money invested with this companyTake option year as they need to give all the money that year even if that dosen't work send your kid for a year programThe drop out rate for kid dropping out of school is very high and this is how these company get rich

RESP plan was established in for my son with Heritage EducationAt that time a commission agent who visited my home to sign me up promised that membership fee of $will be refunded if my son chooses scholarship optionThis was confirmed over the phone with the customer service agentI was not told that this could change in the futureI would have not signed at all had I been told about this.As $fee is over 20% of the total amount contributedA couple months back I called to find out about the process of this scholarship fund and at that time I came to know about a change of the fee refund policy that was changed in 2014-although I had no communication and my written and verbal contract indicated that I will get hundred percent of fees backTwo months back the agency who the agent was working for also confirmed that this was how it was at the time when I signed up and fee was getting refundedAdditionally, I paid the entire amount for units by and I
have just lost about $5,in fees and penalties to hermitage I enrolled my daughter years ago contributing $monthlyI decided to switch to *** after reading comments of parents who endured and waited for their investments to mature but were disappointed with what they got from these *** called hermitage To let you know the degree of their scam, herritage did not return a sum of over $which is the earnings they made on my contributions over the period of yearsThey returned the earnings made on government grants but held on to the earnings they made on the money I painstakingly contributed? How fair is thit? Heritage knows it is illegal to withhold earnings from government grants but they are not afraid to steal my personal contributions for my daughter's education***
