Today I had a d technician from Authorized Service come to my house for a service call because my kitchen had flooded and water was coming from under my refrigeratorAfter the technician came into the house I explained to him that my insurance company wanted for him to write out exactly what he foundI also explained that the cost of the repairs were coming out of my pocketThe technician asked me to turn on the waterAfter the water was turned on briefly water sprayed out of the water line attached to the refrigeratorHe then told me that he couldn't do anything until the water line was replaced and said that he didn't repair linesHe said he needed to call the officeWhile he was on the phone I heard him tell whomever he was speaking to that I wanted him to put the problem on the refrigerator for insurance purposesI told him after he got off the phone that he was called there to resolve the problemAt no time had anyone asked that he place the blame on the on the fridge, just to thoroughly diagnose the problem in more than the few minutes he was thereAfter that the air of the meeting turned chilly after the insinuation by the technician There were three witnesses besides myself that heard him make that statementI asked the technician why he made that statement to whomever he was speaking to on the phoneHe said he was sorry and claimed that he didn't mean for it to come out the way it soundedI have no idea why he felt it necessary to even think thatIt left us wondering if we had received an unhappy or disgruntled employee
I have used this company twice within the last year for service work Once for an LG Refrigerator, once for a Samsung top loader washer Repairs were done quickly and properly Technicians were competent and very pleasant Both repairs were authorized under warranty/no charge The manufacturers selected this service company I was expecting long delays and questionable work I was surprised on both countsI will call this company on all future out of warranty repairs that I need A definite A+++_ for this business
Horrible horrible I have dealt with these"people" twice now they are rude people who don't care if you are waiting all day they say they were going to call to let you know that NO ONE is going to help youI hope they actually repair appliances because on the phone they do nothing and give no customer service
Tech came out three times and could not diagnose the problem. He kept putting in parts. There was a weeks wait in between the ordering of each part. Now the washer is worse than it was to begin with. Washer fills twice with danger of overflowing. When I asked the tech to run it through one cycle, his reply he could not do that because he had other appointments to fill. This is the third time that this same tech left her without staying till the washer was fixed. When I made this comment to the lady at the business, she said he was not able to stay because he had other places to go. Obviously, they were not interested in fixing our washer. We are now in the process of waiting 24 hours for another company to come to resolve the washer issues. We do not recommend Authorized Service to anyone and have no intentions of calling them again.
