Review: 1.I called them Dec 1 for inquiry. They told me $29 for diagnostic and will be WAIVED if work is done..

2.tech arrive 11am in my house. after 40 minutes fixing the dryer, he told me $129+tax cost for the repair.

He told me he will order the parts. He said the cost of DIAGNOSTIC is $35. I gave him $35 check

3. Tech called me after 2days to inform me the cost of REPAIR is $180 and that the OWNER NO LONGER ACCEPT CHECK

and only accept CASH.

4. Dec 5, the tech goes to my house 11am. Do some work at the basement. After he is done, I pay him $180 in cash.

I did not see the old parts. He said 6 months GUARANTEE and call him anytime if there is problem. He said the 35 dollar

check was SCHREDED BY THE OWNER. He gave me the receipt with the name NATIONAL AUTHORIZED SERVICE

(no address with zip code 19191)

5. On Dec 7 , I use for the first time the dryer and found out the PROBLEM IS STILL THERE.

6. same day, I called them and the tech says he will see me the next day.

7. the repair was move the day between 11am-1pm

8. 1pm...NOBODY SHOWS UP

9. 3pm I called them. the OWNER pick up the phone. I told him the tech did not arrive to fix the dryer.

The owner said how can the tech come since the parts have not arrive.

10 the owner raises his voice and said I DON'T WANT TO DO WORK WITH YOU. HE SAID HE WILL SEND THE REFUND CHECK.

11. after several days I called them to inquire about the REFUND. He said it was mailed already and told me not to call them.

12. I check online to get INFORMATION about this people and found out thru yp.com that there are some victims from this people.

13.. They change their online name from NATIONAL AUTHORIZED TO AUTHORIZED SERVICE.

14. zip code 19191 which they use in their invoice I cannot find the.

15. Dec 16 they encashed the $35 I gave them.

I CALLED 311 and refer me to Philadelphia Consumer Affairs Office

16. I called the PHILADELPHIA CONSUMER AFFAIRS DEPT. for help. Consumer affairs called AUTHORZED SERVICE and the owner said to [redacted]

the same..they mailed the check

17. Consumer Affairs called them and leave a message which they never answered back.Desired Settlement: Please INVESTIGATE FOR MISREPRESENTATION AND DISHONESTY

uses zip code 19191 in their invoice...I can't find 19191 in the Philadelphia map

no address in their invoice
