Review: Authorden let individuals entrepreneurs advertise there services on there site, and there authors clients buy services and send the money to authorsden. Then authorsden sends the money to the entrepreneur for there services but ,they did not do that. They only sent me an email saying ,we will send you your revenue soon but ,I haven't received anything. It has been over 30 days and I emailed and call them ten time , with no reply back.Desired Settlement: Get paid for my services and make individuals entrepreneurs aware of the companies failure of agreement services / fraud.

Good morning, I was trying to find a reply box on my complaint page on Revdex.com but, their isn't one. Author den has paid me my payment after receiving your letter. Thank you very much for all your help . Revdex.com is a Awesome service for consumers !

That complaint was unjustified.

This was completed within normal business operations.

Mrs. [redacted] freely offered her service through the Services Marketplace. When someone purchases the advertised service an escrow account is setup to protect buyers from fraud. After the service provider ([redacted]) completes the service they notify us and we then contact the buyer to confirm the service has been completed to their satisfaction. After the buyer confirms, escrow is closed and payment is batched on a weekly basis and sent to service providers.

This service in questions was indicated completed by [redacted] on Wednesday 9/11/2013. At which time we immediately contacted the buyer to confirm the service was completed. We did not receive an immediate response from the buyer so again sent a followup email the following week after which the service was confirmed completed. We then released the escrow money and sent payment to [redacted]. On 9/19/2013, 8 days after Mrs. [redacted] informed us she completed the service she filed this complaint with the Revdex.com. Mrs. [redacted] was paid as per the escrow-based service marketplace that protects buyers. True confirmation can take a few days, but buyers come first and service providers posting their service are aware of this when they offer their service. This was completed during normal business operations. It didn't take over 30 days as Mrs. [redacted] suggested.

Thank you for send me the up- date letter from Authorden.

They are lying , this is not the only money they haven't paid me. My PREVIOSU job/ services before this one was NIOT paid at ALL. Which is more then 45 days of NO pay. I am happy to receive this complaint pay NOW from Authorden because of your help. They are not trustworthy. Thank you for getting THIS complaint money / services for me.

Review: I signed up for the service then wrote an article that I posted and immediately got a threatening email from one of authorsden users so I contacted authorsden. They did nothing in fact acted very unprofessional as well as deleting my account I set up and telling me to take my articles elsewhere. And that's fine no problem they are a horrible company anyways. So I forwarded then the threatening letters as they asked me which I have the email from them and then they simply did nothing about this to the individual who threatened me. I have all the emails from both the gentleman who threatened me and the emails from authorsden so called customer service. I am now getting email drip campaigns asking me to sign up for a free upgrade that my account allows this special offer, well I don't have an account they deleted it. They are spamming me now and Im filing a complaint against them. They also deleted my account but not the search engine links to my article they approved and posted so when a client of mine does a search and sees that authorsden link with my name and clicks the link it takes you to a dead page. I need help what can I do about this [redacted] threatening me by email? Thanks for your time and help.Desired Settlement: stop emailing me and contacting me period. I am being harassed.
