She brought her car in with compression when we replaced the engine the $repair shes talking about during that time was the shifter that gets stuck that she told us she been having problems with she was getting a uses engine with a warranty so yeah I wanted to put new gaskets & a new belt on she came back 3-months later with a crankshaft position sensor code I told her one of the symptoms was a hard start or no start she was commuting to sacramento like that and burnt her starter out because it didn't even start for us when she dropped it off and the car was at 0% oil life we replaced the starter and it started up and ran good I also told her its a possibility that the code would come back on and that's what happened im glad she says she has [redacted] messages because I walked her thru the whole thing but I don't think she understands she thought everything on the outside of her engine like sensors were under warranty her warranty is internal engine

I am rejecting this response because: I did not go back 3-months after the issue arose, I informed him immediately and took the car in at my earliest convenience. When I took the car in the vehicle was not even looked at and I informed him immediately, this was less than a week after repairs were completed. I was asked to bring in my car again and I did once again at my earliest convenience, I was told what it was and then asked to bring the car back in yet again and no conversation of cost was discussed, a repair was supposedly made and then I was asked to pay additional fees, the check engine light came on in less than hours and eventually the car stopped working. I brought in the car again and was told it had to be one of two things and it something was repaired. I paid for the repair after getting the car back it still does not work properly and the light came on again with in hours and he yet again claimed it is a different sensorOn several occasions he claims to not know what is wrong with my car it is always this or that and yet is still not fixed. I commute and work Monday through Friday and several SaturdaysI keep being inconvenienced of being without a car and each time I get it back it is not properly repaired, some how this is my fault that he does not know how to fix my car? The car seems to come back each time with a "new problem"If the car cannot be fixed there then say so, quit having me bring it in and pay for something it clearly does not needFor a large repair if things are not covered it should be stated on the receipt, if repairs that are going to cost additional fees need to be done then that needs to be stated prior to the repairs being doneI just want my car fixed correctly it shouldn't take him and his business 3-+ months to figure out the issue and fix it CORRECTLY! At present my check engine light is still on and my car is not repaired properly
