Mr *** indicates that the Audi was sold to Mr *** with a 5-day guarantee in place (vehicle would otherwise be considered "as is" under Minnesota Used Car Warranty Law, by
virtue of its age), but Mr *** did not contact Auto Acquisitions to report difficulties until approximately two months after purchase
He says the dealer may have been willing to work with Mr *** on a goodwill basis, but that the business decided to end communication with the customer after receiving text messages they felt were threatening, as well as talk of taking the matter to social media
Mr *** says he's sorry Mr *** has experienced the vehicle issues he describes, but that Auto Acquisitions will not be able to offer assistance at this time

Not having received response on complaint to date, called Rick [redacted] at Auto Acquisitions for business response. Mr [redacted] says that the vehicle in question does not, in fact, have a salvage title -- says there's a difference between having some prior accident history and having a salvage title,...

and this vehicle does not have a salvage title. For this reason, he indicates Auto Acquisitions USA will not be able to unwind the deal or offer further concessions of any kind. Mr [redacted] says that he has made a number of attempts to reach Mr [redacted] by phone to advise him of this or discuss further, but he has been unable to reach him.
