I was able to speak to *** *** thursday Nov 20th to get a better understanding of the situation regarding the "crackling" in his audio sound system After speaking to *** *** and explaining in more detail about what we did and how his Cadillac SRX factory system was setup we
decided upon a resolution to address the issue *** *** came into our store today (Nov 25th) and patiently waited while we rewired part of his Factory system We incurred all cost of material and labor and were able to successfully wire everything so that his new Navigation system sounds crisp and clean I sat in the vehicle with MrWilliams and we both agreed it sounds better and the "crackling" is gone I want to thank *** *** for his patience and understanding while we attempted to resolve this situation

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
