Auto on or about (date). Thereafter, the contract was immediately sold to Auto Advantage Finance. Therefore, complaints regarding the condition of the vehicle or its sale should be addressed to Express Credit Auto and complaints regarding the servicing or collection of the account should be addressed to Auto Advantage FinanceFurther, please understand that for either company to adequately respond to the complaint, it would be necessary to disclose customer and account information which it is not allowed to do by law unless has waived his right to confidentiality, which has not occurred. I am rejecting this response because:It doesn't matter whether you are a member of the Revdex.com or not, potential customers will use their services to look up the quality of your business and to be quite frank, your internet reputation is abhorrent I am a paying customer with no late payments and has followed every letter of the contract we have made, you not following it is going to a really bad pr black eye for you.As I said when I spoke with supervisor **, you have lost your chance to do this amicably I have hired attorneys and am no longer discussing this with you.

On or about, 01/15/16, Mr***, purchased a vehicle from Express Credit AutoDuring the purchase Mr*** signed a retail installment sales contract (RISC) which was immediately assigned to Auto Advantage Finance for loan servicingAny further details of the loan
servicing by Auto Advantage Finance cannot disclose nonpublic personal information (NPPI) to a non affiliated third partyFurthermore, Auto Advantage Finance is not an accredited Revdex.com partner and does not have Revdex.com access to receive or resolve complaints submittedAuto Advantage Finance strives for 100% customer satisfaction and will further investigate this complaintDue to the aforementioned Express Credit Auto respectfully requests this matter be closed with no further action. First - Again we did not get this complaint as you say this is a second attempt.  We take all customer complaints very seriously and have a specific portal set up to respond to them that is monitored daily.  Please verify where these are going on your end.  They should ONLY be sent to...

For the same reasons we are unable to talk to third parties over the phone about customers account.  As a finance company we can speak to the customer only about confidential information.  We wish to reiterate the desire of Auto Advantage Finance to maintain the respect & trust our community has given us over many years of doing business. Our company views this matter with the utmost importance.
