I have reviewed the information above and I understand that the customer husband is upset and we never like to make anyone upset and we thrive to make everyone totally satisfied with our services

We were called by the agency to go and clean up a car pileup on the freeway during the rush hour traffic on 08/19/at 18:34pm and our truck responded to the car pileup accident hit in minutes 18:from time it was called in and the officer in charge told our drivers to wait until he conduct an interview the rest of parties involved in the accident to determine who is at fault and cause the accident and he will let him know when he can touch the vehicle, our driver obeyed the office order and got his truck in position necessary and waited for officer permission to pic up the car
Granted our towing rates are $per hour portal to portal for accident and cleanups and that applies from the time we get the call to the time we get back to our office
The officer in charge finished interviewing the other parties involved at 19:and gave the permission to our driver to load the BMW and the owner of the vehicle *** *** asked our driver to take the car and herself off the freeway to a safe location and we agreed we got off the first exit at McKinley at McDonald parking lot and she asked us to store the vehicle at our location for safe keeping since the vehicle was not operable due to the major collision it sustained during the accident
At 20:our driver finished unloading the vehicle at our storage facility in Riverside and total time invoiced was hours @ $per hour which equals to $for towing charges
Please be advised that the vehicle was not claimed from our towing facility until 08/20/XXXX X days later at 13:pm in which we charge $a day for storage and total charges for storage and safe keeping came to be $and KIM came in and paid it in our office and had the collision center in Rancho Cucamonga pick up the vehicle in her behalf

We have been in business since with zero compliant from Revdex.com and we are always provide an excellent service ,safely,ethically, and we are proud of that fact, we do not overcharge but we are hold to very high standard so we do charge appropriately for our services
Customer husband claiming that the vehicle was at our facility for only one day but clearly they paid us with credit card days later on 08/21/therefore I think might be a case of misinformation or miscommunication between the husband and wife
Based on our investigation there is no overcharging done at all and we would not be offering a refund at this time

"According to the receipt, the tow truck arrived on the scene at 18:and completed delivery to the tow yard at 20:(hours to tow a car minutes away, or miles according to google maps!!) Over the phone they said the tow truck arrived on scene at 18:and was delivered to the tow yard at 20:02, which is a minute difference from what they put on the receipt." This statement made in my original complaint has never been answeredThey told us over the phone and in person that the car was delivered at 20:02, but then changed the time arrived at the tow yard to 20:
Also, there were only cars in the collision, and the tow truck driver had already dropped off my spouse in the McDonald's parking lot at 7:pm, so there was no way the car was loaded off the freeway at 7:as the tow company stated
The car was stored for days, they are correct in thatSo storage fees are not a problem here
We truly believe they overcharged us by about hour as the times billed to not reflect what actually happened according to our recordsWe have our phone texts to confirm the times arrived at the McDonald's parking lot
