This customer had a alarm installed on Saturday 8/15/15. After the job was done he left and called and said the shock sensor was to sensitive. We stayed late to adjust his sensor. He never made a statement about his carpet. On 8/17/15 he called and stated about the carpet in... the rear. My wife and myself explained that we do not work in the rear of the vehicle. We only work under the drivers dashboard. He then stated he had pictures from right before he brought us the car and pictures after we worked on the car. He was trying to set us up to repair damage to his car that we never touched. He was very adamant that we damaged it even after we explained 3 times we never went in the rear of the car. Any installer can tell you that it is all under the drivers dash to install a alarm system.

My carpet was in very perfect condition before I had this alarm installed, after I left the business Saturday it was torn upI take pictures of my car as I stated to him on the phone all the time of my car because it's a hobby of mine not to set this business up as the owner statedI would like it to be noted the owner is not great with customer service as he threw my keys several feet hitting a very hard surface, and when I spoke to him on the phone he used very vulgar languageI also would like to know where the trunk light was tied into

I have been in business for 25 years and in this business for over 30 years.  We do not go into the back seat for ANY reason on just a alarm system.  We also do not tie into the trunk light.  If it comes on when the alarm is armed then yes the alarm will trigger.  We do not go into the trunk for any reason on a basic alarm system.  I also do not throw customers keys.  A employee or myself will put them on the front counter but we do not throw them.  I am well known in the area for my customer service and fair service to all my customers. I am a Local city, State and Federal vendor.  I do not know what the customer wants but we did not touch or damage that rear of his vehicle.  I don't feel we should compensate for damage not done at my business.
