the customer bought the truck knowing the the truck was lifted and he signed all the legal paperwork saying the concerns with lifted truckshe bought the truck in as is condition he declined to show the truck to his mechanic prior to purchasehe drove the truck for days and he decided to
return itwe offered him refund minus the restocking fee and he declinedhe drove the car more and called back to accept the offerit was too late because the dmv paper works where turned inhe purchased a car as is meaning:1- sold with all faults.2- the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the good is with the buyerattach is the papers that shows he initial and signed prior to buying*** ***
