Crystal Blue came out to fix our water heater last week/ They said it was the thermal coupler so we paid $to replace itOur water heater broke one week laterThey came back out and said we now need to replace our water heaterThey were charging about $for the water heater which was too much so I declined and now they will not refund me for the misdiagnosisThey charged us for a repair that was not neededThe owner *** was rude and condescending
I really appreciate and value the services this company has provided for meThey responded to my emergency on a holiday, even though I was outside their service area My water heater burst and flooded my kitchenClean up included pulling up my kitchen flooring and removing the drywall between my kitchen and garageI now have them do my 2x/ year HVAC tune ups, and they found/corrected an issue my previous company missedThey are reasonably priced, and always courteous, clean, professional, and friendly I am a big fan
