I purchsed a 2020 Jeep Liberty. I was told it had new tires and fresh oil change. It had been 6 months since the oil change. It died after 3 days. I had it towed, and had to replace the battery. It drove for 2 weeks and died. I had to have it towed 2 more times. I had to have a radio put in because it was draining the battery. There was no remote to unlock. The alarm system is broken. I purchased it for $3500, put $1000 in it and had it towed 3 times. It's still not running and the seller had blown me off stating "his guy" could look at it or "google it". I had 2 friends, a family member, a local mechanic and a jeep dealer look it at. It's a total lemaon.
On August 22, 2019 a 2002 Jeep Liberty Sport, VIN#***, mileage 175135 was purchase by Malissa L. T. About a week or 2 after purchase Malissa called and asked if there was a key fob for the vehicle, we told her we did not have one but that one could be purchased online. On September 18, 2019 the title for the vehicle was mailed and was received by her on September 20, 2019. We never heard anything from her during the next 5 months. On February 20, 2020 we received an email stating the problems. We responded to her email and told her that we would have the Jeep towed to a mechanic we work with at our expense. She emailed back stating that she did not want to do that and was filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. After being in business for over 7 years and selling close to 2000 vehicles this is our first complaint with the Revdex.com. We offered to work with the customer but she has declined our offer.

he did NOT offer to have it towed. He said “my guy could look at it”, assuming the 4 people I had weren’t competent. I asked who was going to pay for the tow & got zero back. He can STILL have it towed. It doesn’t run.
