Andrew (the owner) was very forceful. Make sure you know your legal obligations before submitting an application to him. He had found me a car, told me a monthly price, then said he had to ship it in from Toronto. He had said it would be here thursday or Friday. Friday came and he said it wouldnt be in until tuesday or weds of the following week. I informed him that I had sold my current car and he offered me a car to borrow until mine came in. I refused and said I was going to look at other dealers in my city. He immediately called me stated that he had already bought the car and again offered me a loaner and asked when I was able to pick up the loaner.
At that point I thought I was obligated to buy the car since he said he had already bought it.

Fast forward to tuesday. I went in to get my car. He had another guy go over the paperwork. He got me to sign other paperwork BEFORE going over the financing rates and figure. By the time I found out the total price I had already signed the rest of the paperwork. So again, I felt obligated.

I took the car home and found a few problems and things he has said verbally that didnt match with the vehiclem and was even more upset. I then told someone about my whole experience and they informed me that u was NOT legally required to purchase without knowing the finances upfront just because he has already bought it.

I emailed to inform him of this and now am looking into my legal avenues to get out of this deal.
