For the first thing we repainted the bumpers after she was not happy and they looked great for the second thing the alcohol spill was her own alcohol that she left in her car unopened and it spilled when I got into her car to look at what she was complaining about. I paid $150 to another company to...

have the console repaired for the spill of her own alcohol and another $120 to another company to have it detailed. My company went way beyond what it should have done for this customer to try to make her happy but that is just not possible now she wants more money and did I tell you the alcohol was hers already in the car and we did not bring it in the vehicle!! Our company has been doing this business for over 30 years and has thousands of extremely satisfied customers and a lot of repeat business and referrals and will have to take this one to court
