Great company and very cost effective instead of opening own dealership and all the overhead!
Customer complaint resolved. Customer agreed to the terms and and conditions and later wanted out of those terms and conditions after agreements had been signed. Full refund was given honoring their request.
What a great way to try this business before spending thousands getting your own dealer license. After a few months and getting a hang of things I was able to do this for a second income for me and my family. Thank you guys!
This concept was great for me just for the fact that it was little money out of pocket and I was able to see if I would enjoy doing this. 6 months I have been with this program and works fine for me.
I have reviewed the response made by the...
business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Per company's website, www.autoauctionconsulting.com clearly explains 4 different programs with each at different cost. I signed up with DEALER LICENSE & PLATE PROGRAM. Under this program, it includes 1 Dealer Plate (license plate) which is $150 more than the 1st program that does not include a license plate. Their advertising is extremely misleading! I was told after I had signed up and paid for the program by the consulting firm that it does not include the plate.
The company did refund the money paid. However, the company should take out this Plate Program if it does not honor it to anyone who signs up for this. This unethical business practice demonstrating dishonesty, misleading consumers and it's fraudulent advertising.
I urge you to review their site www.autoauctionconsulting.com which you will find, self-explanatory verbaige describing the "Plate" to be included in the cost of the program.
Regards,
They hook you up with a broke cr dealer who will steal your money .You have to deposit money in ther account to gt your money back. but they forgrt to pay you back .THIEFS
Review: Per website www.autoauctionconsulting.com contains 4 various program sign ups. I particularly signed into "Dealer License and Plate Program" which is to include a "hard auto dealership license plate". After the sign up and payment was received by Auto Auction Consulting on 04/16/14, I contacted the company to inquire when I will be received information, package and license plate, I was informed that the license plate was not included. I was told that I would have to pay an additional $200 refundable fee.Desired Settlement: Demand a Full Refund of $595
