Dear [redacted] : This is letter is in response to the letter I received on march 5th, 2014, regarding a complain from [redacted] ***I did not sell a car to her at all.First, I do not sell that kind of vehicles, I have done some research and went through my records and I could not find any paperwork or anything on that vehicleI also called the auctions where I buy my vehicles and they could not find anything in their records either but I also noticed that she mentioned that the salesperson was [redacted] and I just happened to know who that person is and how he has deceived other people before [redacted] *** [redacted] has an illegal dealership on [redacted] and he has been selling cars under different dealership's name, and I guess this time was my turn on my name to be usedI am going to provide you with some copies of the Corporation Commission to when he filed the Articles of Incorporation with his name address and the name of his business, as of matter of fact he has car dealerships down the street from here but as I explained to you the name of the business is he only thing that is good about his businessAlso I discovered that he has been using some of my invoices to give his customers when he sells a carI know all of this because I had a lot of customers calling me and complaining about the way he conducts business and they all believe is me and my businessI run a legit business on [redacted] [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted] [redacted] ***
