This company is really stressing me out now this women named kelly keeps calling and harassing me over dollars for their fake insurance that covers nothingIve told them ill get my own full coverage on my paydayIm trying to be as respectful as I can, but they are really messing with my mental state I already suffer with bipolar disorder and a couple of others im so sick of this company especially after all the issues im having with this suv and they just keep on demanding money from me but nothing is repaired

Customer was never promised any of these items at point of sale

Ms*** has brought her transmission issue to our attention and we have advised her to drop the car off with us and the car would be fixed free of chargeShe declined this offer because she could not be without her car for the 2-days it would take to repairAs for her back window latch breaking, we told her we could fix it but she would be responsible for the cost due to it being a cosmetic issue

That window being my fault is unacceptable I didn't break it at allYou can clearly see that it broke and dry rottedWhy would I drop off my truck and risk losing my job and possibly my familyI have serious things going on in my lifeIf I had another way around I mighg consider dropping this truck off, but it being fixed in days I dont see that happeningThat is why I asked for another suv since this one has so manu issues within the first monthAfter speaking to someone at Ford I was advised that this suv isn't worth keeping and was told it will continue to give me issuesSo no that's not good enough

this response because: I am unable to find the promise on the purchase agreement but I have 3 witnesses that KNOW I was promised these items.  Shame on them for these disgraceful business practices and shame on me for trusting that they were honest people.  Thanks for your help.
