Review: Prior to purchasing a set of running (nerf) boards for my vehicle (Acura RDX) from [redacted], I contacted [redacted] @ [redacted] to make sure they would fit my vehicle. He assured me his company's product would fit. Upon receiving the product, I noticed the box was labelled for a different vehicle, and again I called him to double check if it was compatible- he stated "it should be." I then tried to install the running boards, but the brackets did not fit my vehicle. I sent him photos via email, and again he stated "they should fit." I again spoke with [redacted] stating the brackets did not fit and he instructed me to send them back to his company. I did, and he refunded the cost of the product, but not the shipping I paid ($72). [redacted] was wrong stating his product would fit, so I should be reimbursed for the shipping of the wrong product. Furthermore, I have purchased another set of running boards that had very different brackets, which fit perfectly. I also sent [redacted] photos showing the difference between the brackets, and I have never been contacted...Desired Settlement: I was sent the wrong product by Auto-Beauty, so I want a check for $72 to cover my return shipping cost. Considering all the time and effort I have wasted, this is more than fair.
