At first inspection of this customer's vehicle, we told her that we did not want to work on her car, because we would be attempting to fix someone's else's prior shoddy repairsThe customer repeatedly told us that she had the money to complete the repairs properly in our shop, as if we doubted that she could afford it, although that was positively NOT the case. She pleaded with us to fix her car, although we attempted to decline the job. Fixing another shop's unacceptable repairs is never an easy propositionAs for her rejection of our previous response: We feel we have bent over backwards to accommodate herBecause she refused to replace her molding, we repaired it as well as it could be repairedWe removed the body side molding, repaired it, and repainted it, even though it had been poorly repaired previously by another shopWe detailed her car once for no charge (a detail has a $value), and we will not do this againThe customer did not purchase any part other than those on her original receipt, and she received a full itemized invoice for this workAs for the paint around the seal, again, this damage is from a prior repair performed elsewhere, and we removed 90% of the paint they had left on her vehicleFrom the time she entered our facility, we were pretty sure that we could not make her happyWe did our best to correct someone else's mistake, but at this time we are unwilling to do any additional work on her Lexus, because we are certain that even our best efforts will not satisfy herAlthough we pride ourselves on our unparalleled customer service, we feel her needs and expectations are unreasonable, and we respectfully decline to service her vehicle any furtherPlease do not hesitate to contact me if you should need any further information on this matter

Our service manager reached out to the complainant and attempted to resolve her concerns.  He offered to address her issues and do whatever it would take to correct her dissatisfaction.  Although our original work on this vehicle was an attempt to correct another facility's previously...

botched repairs, he offered to work on her vehicle again. The customer brought her car back to us, we repaired her chrome, and detailed her vehicle at no charge. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have further questions. Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: The chrome piece was repaired but the vehicle was not detailed and I never received a receipt for the part purchased. Also, there is paint around the seal of the door handle.
