We spent a total of hour with people on this vehicle, totalling hoursIt arrived heavily soiled but I feel we did get out most of the stainsI went over the vehicle with the owner before and after the detailShe left satisfied and signed the invoiceShe later called and was unhappy with a
few things that we had went over before the detail, such as the exterior paintThe detail she purchased didnt included paint decontamination, which her car neededI offered her to come back in with her and we would fix anything she was unhappy with.

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: It is inaccurate and misleading. While true that I saw the car before leaving the shop, Phil showed me (specifically) the engine and headlights that he had cleaned (that he had "up-charged" me for, which I was happy with the outcome) and the carpets/seats on the interior and told me to let them completely dry before replacing the floor mats, which were in the trunk. We looked at the car for, maybe, seconds. He took me inside to sign an invoice for the $upcharge for the engine and headlights, and I gave him $cash.
Phil also mischaracterizes my complaints. I am not complaining about any staining on the interior, or any paint "refurbishing" that might need to be done. I am not concerned about those things. I am, however, upset that little spots of pitch were not removed (they take very little effort to scrape off) and that the interior of the car is still DIRTY in the cracks and crannies - the things a car "detail" is supposed to clean out. When I arrived at my next destination (a few miles from the shop), I took a video of the car. There are places where the dirt and grime would come off on my finger. Again, it is not my complaint that work wasn't done. It is my complaint that my car was not DETAILED, as I had purchased
The voucher I purchased indicated the service was valued at $(plus the $upcharge that he gave me for $50). I did not receive that value. I did not receive a car "detail."
Also, it is completely untrue that Phil offered to have me bring my car in for him to fix. I specifically called and asked if he was interested in making it right, to which he responded that the problems were my fault, that I was trying to take advantage of him, and he was declining my offer to make it right.
I have never made a Revdex.com complaint before, and I would not have done so if he had been willing to "make it right." Given his first refusal to make it right, his desire to blame me, and now his willingness to tell a complete falsehood about our conversation, I would not take my car back to him even if he offered to make it right, now. This is the kind of person who should certainly not have an "A" rating with the Revdex.comSincerely,*** ***

On 1/18/customer who's name on my invoice says *** *** had an appt to have the interior of her mother's car detailed and mold removedAll mold was removed and specific directions were givin to Ms *** on how to properly dry the car out after a heavy shampoo and mold removal processFour
days later I received a call from Ms *** saying mold had returned and her car was not to her satisfaction and demanded a refundI offered several times for her to bring the car back and let me fix it or find out if she has a water leak somewhere (which Im 99% sure there was due to the large puddle of water in the trunk) but she said that wasnt a good idea because her boyfriend was being very aggressive and making physical threats at me over the phone and we were not competent enough to do the job rightAt this point I told her if you cant bring the car back then I cant refund you your money and I feel very nervous and uneasy with how her boyfriend was acting.
We have been in business for over years and If any customer is not happy then we always accept the car back to make it right for our customersWe at Auto Bliss Detail strive each and everyday to make our customers happy and proud of their vehicle

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: This person is clearly lying. I question what they are saying about aggressive behavior, although as I pointed out in my initial report, the owner Phil was aggressive and rude on the phone with me. Then hung up after saying he did not care about getting bad reviews. He had offered to look at the car stipulating he would call the police if he felt threatened.
As far as the work done on the car, there is no leak. None, so his "99% sure" is 100% wrong. He soaked the car and did not even touch the truck, so he probably did not even look in it. His leak idea is his back up when he is pulling a fast one on people. He has many complaints on his review pages online. Many of them state the same thing, that he ignored or even sprayed the trunk, leaving them muddy and wet. His directions were followed to dry the car and it did not, after three days I called him multiple times before after several more calls on the following day, he finally answered.
The car has since been cleaned professionally and dried properly by the professional immediately after. There was no problem after the proper work was done and the car is now clean and dry. The company in question did not clean the car as another company was easily able to. I demand my money back as this aggressive, lying, and angry man has been cheating many people, myself included. I do not accept this argumentative person's lies.Sincerely,[redacted]
