This company was selected by [redacted] to relocate our cars for a job located in [redacted] The company was hired by [redacted] to relocate a [redacted] and a [redacted] *** The [redacted] made it into [redacted] with no damage, however, the [redacted] sustained severe damage totaling more than $We submitted a claim on June 5th with numerous follow up emails to check the status, with no responseI called the company to speak with a supervisor where I was told by an employee named Katie that this is the process and there’s nothing that she can do and the only contact for claims is Linda P***, who is the employee that won’t respond

had them ship my car and someone stole my motorcycle helmet and vest from the bottom of my trunk were my tire goes, went through my entire car glove box, arm rest, through boxes in my trunk that had nothing important but the lefted my car a messstole 402$ worth items from the bottom of the trunk ***they had no reason to even go inside my trunk let alone my glove box
Company was hired by ***, who does relocation for *** I was relocated from *** to *** and *** contracted Auto and Boat to relocate my vehicle When I got my vehicle back- I noticed when I got out of it a Huge Gouge , dent and scrape on the roof above driver side door I reported the very next day via email to Marcy P*** Marcy emailed a claim form, instructed me to get an estimate and had to submit those and my photos as well as both vehicle condition BOL, I had one from 5/28/(no damage at site where it is damaged) when they picked it up in *** *** **, and one from the delivery date 6/13/which had a mark where the new damage is The delivery guy called me at 8:30am, and I was ready at any time to meet him, he finally showed up at 9:30pm in the dark He did not point out any new damage to me and seemed in a hurry to leave I called Javier back and told him about the damage to which he stated, "I am only with the terminal.: Then he called me back
