My experience with Auto Body Clinic(ABC) began in July I was involved in an accident on July 22nd and was told to have my car repaired at ABC What a mistake! When I arrived to talk with repairman about my car, I specifically asked when I can expect my car back The owner stated that it would be a month It has been over two months now and I STILL don't have my car back and today is September 29, 2015!! The communication has been virtually non-existent I never received status updates until about two weeks ago I have endured countless unreturned calls, charges for repairs made to areas that were not damaged (exwindshield), inflated charges, disrespectful conversations and out right lies I was told that certain things were completed only to call on a different day and he tell me he is working to complete those things If you are looking for a place that will not deliver what they promise, then bring it here It is my opinion that this place is running a scam! I believe they saw that we used USAA insurance for veterans and decided to take advantage of a veteran I would advise anyone especially active duty, veteran or retired military to stay away from this establishment and not have their car repaired hereYou will not be happy and should expect to be without your car for a long time They obviously don't care about customer service
