I bought my Kia Optima to get body work repairs done on it since I read great reviews on this body shop My contact there was Anthony When I went to go pick up my car on a Friday, the first thing I immediately noticed was that the silver trim around my front grill decal completely faded out I immediately and pointed this mishap to Anthony and said that he would call and show me pictures before of it on Monday - later this week, I had to call Anthony to follow up on this and he said that the front grill decal was already like this when I bought it in -- first of all, I would remember if my front grill decal was faded or notsecondly, I also looked at pictures taken by my Geico inspector and the silver trim around front grill decal was NOT faded outthirdly, I looked at the "prior damage notes" under our addtional supplemental report and nowhere did it say that the silver trim around the front grill decal was faded out or damaged Anthony said that I would need to pay for a replacement decal which I feel is very unjust and wrong My wife visited Anthony this morning to try and reconcile this and my wife did not received all three or more pictures of the front grill from Anthony which she asked for Anyway, our last conversation with Anthony was that we had to pay for a new replacement decal at our cost and not theirs Even as I write this customer complaint, I am waiting for a promise and return call back from Anthony that hasn't happened yet We feel wrong was done to us
