I am rejecting this response because:While I appreciate the response to this and understand that *** *** may not have been aware of this complaint being filed in November, it is very evident that erroneous documents are being provided in order to cover the amount that
was intentionally overcharged.Prior to the second response from *** ***, I had provided a copy of my original estimate dated 10/24/ He has not addressed why I would have a copy from the same date as the one he had provided with drastically different totals Additionally, *** ***'s assertions that he had approved these extra charges contradict phone conversations that were held between he and I. I do want to point out that the dates on the correspondences were also after repairs were complete on my vehicle and I had it in my possession If *** *** had actually asked to authorize repairs, this would have been at least one week early than the date on the questionable memo provided.In summary: *** *** has provided an estimate, dated 10/24/2016, which does not match the totals as the hard copy issued to me on 10/24/ I have already provided this copy as proof The uploaded documents from *** *** do not prove an approval from *** *** to charge for additional work and are dated after repairs were complete and *** *** had been paid for his work.I am still seeking the monies owed to me and will not accept any responses that are lazy attempts to produce documents or state mistruths I have attempted to speak with *** *** recently, but he has willingly declined my calls I have been extremely patient and am simply seeking the overcharged amount to be remitted to me immediately Should *** *** continue to falsify information, this matter will be turned over to the police

I had my problems addressed with the owner of this business today - he addressed all of my concerns and my car will be fully repaired next week I accept their response from today's evaluation and have no further complaints.Sincerely,*** ***

The original Technician working on Mrs. [redacted] car was let go from the company due to bad craftsmanship and here at Auto Body and Paint we strive to meet our costumers goals. When the new technician had to put Mrs. [redacted] vehicle back together he did not know what was on the vehicle at the time....

We apologize for any inconvenience it has caused Mrs. Brewer and we also resolved all complaints Mrs. Brewer has at this time.
