The order was never able to be completed because the paint code [redacted] provided was invalid. We tried to call and e-mail requesting the paint code:
"Before we can paint your order, we need to speak with you because the paint code you...

provided is invalid. Please call us at (XXX)-XXX-XXXX and reference the order number above."
Per customer's request here, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. We are certainly sorry for the inconvenience but we did not have sufficient information to complete the order and were unable to reach the customer.
