Customer had car at garage then removed it I can't have converter checked without car

customer had her thirty day mile warrenty from us then her year mile extended warrentycustomer came in and made an appointment to have her radio and wiper looked at we sent her to our garage to see them she made appointment htere..customer has put miles on her jeep in the days
she has owned it..this jeep was inspected and jeep was gone through and transmission replaced before customer recived it

First of all it isn't leaking oil it is burning it, plugging it into the computer isn't going to show that it is burning oil and that was all dealer did to say converter was badDidn't check to see what might have caused the converter to fail, as converters do not fail on their own. Yes it was the only vehicle I had at the time and unfortunatly I have to work jobs so I had to use the car to go back and forth to work, don't have the option of just barrowing a vehicle at willOf course I wasn't going to have the garage tear down the engine not knowing if the warranty was going to cover it cause I know I didn't have the money to pay if it didn'tThe garage said a minimum of four thousand for everything the car needed and the warranty didn't cover any of itFour thousand plus the price of the car to begin with would be close to ten thousand for a car that books for $if it is lucky, that is a little excessive for months of having a car. If I had that kind of money I would not had to go that route to buy a car in the first place. The car needs valve guide seals, all osensors, and converter at the very minimum
