Auto Brokers II

Hello my name is [redacted] and I purchased a used vehicle from Auto Brokers II located in Memphis TN. When I first bought the car it was an 2004 Chevrolet [redacted] I paid 2,300 cash. I drove the car home that night (X-XX-XXXX) after already having to wait 3 hours after I purchased the vehicle to get drive out tags that they did not have on premises. Come to find out the guy who sold us the impala was a 15 year old boy, the son of [redacted] the owner. He was trying to give me registered tags off another impala similar color, I refused because that's illegal. So the next day (sat X-XX-XX) the vehicle was smoking. I found out the radiator was full of rust so I bought some radiator cleaner to flush it out there was a gigantic hole in the radiator. I called Auto Brokers no answer. So on Monday morning (X-XX-XX) I had the vehicle towed back to the car lot. The owner ([redacted]) stated that he would replace the radiator and the vehicle would be ready that evening. Well he never answered anymore that day and I went back to the shop they were closed. (X-XX-XX) I went back at 11:30 am no one was there, no answer on his phone. Then around 4:30 pm he called and said they sent him the wrong size radiator so he had to wait until tomorrow to fix it. (X-XX-XX) Still no progress. (X-XX-XX) He called and said the impala was rusted in the engine and that he really didn't get a chance to inspect it before his 15 year old son sold us the car and that if he would've been there he wouldn't have sold it. So he offered me another vehicle and he gave me a verbal agreement that because of the inconvience and because I was patient he would work the sales tax in with the $2,300 I paid for the impala. He once again did not have drive out tags so now im driving a 2005 Ford [redacted] with 2004 Chevrolet impala drive outs... I asked for the title he stated that he was still waiting on it to come back. And to come back Monday the(X-XX-XX) . Well he wasn't there. So I waited until Friday (X-XX-XX) to go get title. He is asking for sales taxes. I stated you agreed that because of everything that happened that you would rework the paperwork so that my sales tax was included in the $2300. Know he doesn't remember saying that and he is refusing to issue me my title.All I want from his is my title. XXXXXXXXXX help please

Bought a [redacted] for $1800 dollars. Took car back to Auto Brokers lot for [redacted] to fix. Now car is missing. I believe [redacted] has sold car again to another individual. Yet to receive the title to my car after two months of attempts.Every time I attempt to contact or go to the car lot I don't get a response. The owner has promised numerous of times on different occasions to give me my title but has yet to do so. I paid for the car [redacted] $4000 cash. The vin # is [redacted]Desired SettlementTo finish off the purchase of my vehicle by receiving my title and tags that I should've received in April when I purchased.
