Mercy severely mishandled insurance claims for my daughter for dates of service 11/22/through 11/28/Instead of resubmitting properly, Mercy has turned them over for collection in errorMy daughter has health insurance coverage through her stepfather, my husband's plan: [redacted] They have confirmed they will pay these claims at or near 100%She also has coverage through her natural father's plan, [redacted] That plan will pay most, if not all, any remaining balance dueBecause of an error between the two insurance companies coordinating those benefits between the two plans, her claims have been processed incorrectlyI have been trying to correct these issues since the beginning of Feb without successI have had multiple correspondence with [redacted] as well as [redacted] **, and the State Insurance Commissioner regarding these coordination of benefit mistakes and continuing issuesI have also communicated with Mercy, via multiple letter
