I had brought my veichle to another mechanic to have work done this mechanic took my car up to auto camp to be fixed, this place has had my car for 6 months told me my work was done and I owe 1300 when I didn’t authorize them to do any work , I had texted him asking if I can come up and take my plates off until I can afford to pay the 1300 I don’t feel as if I should keep paying insurance if I don’t have the vechile as I can not afford it. So as I texted asking for my plates he has texted me saying he was gonna hide my car in storage and hold my plates and that I can’t take the plates.. I had to have a state trooper go up with me to get my plates, the owner of auto camp then started screaming at me in front of the trooper I have everything on record on my phone, I get there with the trooper and the car is in worse condition than it was when I brought it there!
I brought it to feduke ford on vestal parkway for a messed up power steering pump, they said they didn’t know how to program my car so they sent it up to lisle to auto camp, the guy at auto camp said due to the pump being replaced wrong the pump, rack and pinnon & yak sensor needed to be replaced, this has all been going on for 6 months straight they have had my car since sept 25th 2019. When I initially brought my car into ford feduke I brought a brand new pump with me to have them replace. They replaced the pump and ruined it. Jeff at auto camp claimed from being installed wrong it ruined the new pump, rack and pinnon & a yak sensor needed replacing. I told him to talk to the people at ford feduke because they brought it there and I already bought a pump, he tells ford feduke and they replaced the parts. Jeff then calls me randomly and tells me my car is ready 6 months later and I owe him $1300 now they have had my car for 6 months mind you.. I agreed to $250 to replace a pump nothing else, I told him it was insane and he told me I wasn’t getting my car until I pay, I then asked for my plates off the car because he’s holding it from me he wouldn’t give me my plates and threatened to hide my car in storage, this is a business I think it’s absolutely absurd I had to show up there with a. State trooper to this Jeff screaming at me and having his wife harass me.. I take a look at my car, I have a video this is all on video him screaming and all, and my car is in worse shape than it was before I got there! It is no where near complete! There is pieces of my car took apart that has nothing to do with the problem they are fixing. I have videos of my car in shambles.. it is torn apart. The day he told me it was ready, and it is not!
