I did not receive a partial refund for the partsI Call him befor I got the dash kit and he gave me a $refund because this was the second kit I return the first one This was the first free shipment the second free shipment was for the defective pieces he was going to send me I call him the day I got it and told him two pieces were cut wrong and one would not stay on The dash kit has pieces and it did not make sense to return the hole dash kit when only pieces were defective that`s why I did not send it back and he sad he would send me the pieces I only received one pieceAnd when I call him he sad he would send the other piecesI call and call weeks went by and no one answer the phone when I did get a hold of him he sad he sent them in a evelop and to this day I have never got the two pieces once again the pieces are defective and he made the mistake and only sent me one piece when he knew it was suppose to be pieces and he made the mistake and sent the two other two pieces in a envelop and not in the right kind of mailing packagethis is a part that should be replace with no feeAll i'm asking is that you please send me the two pieces that you Promise to replace and this is the same pieces that I ask for from the start I am NOT ASKING FOR MORE FREE PIECES I am asking for pieces that I never receive Thank You

 This man is lying I did not install the pieces in wrong. Two of the pieces had the wood grain going in the wrong direction. the wood grain lines were running up and down. when the lines should have run left to right the same way as the car dash lines run, all the other pieces were correct but the two pieces that I ask for and the third piece would not stay on,  each piece fit on the car only one way so you can`t put them on incorrectly.I sent him two pictures of the parts that were wrong and one picture of the piece that would not stay on.  When he sent me the replacement parts he only sent one , he was supposed to send three pieces . I call him and told him I only receive one piece . then he sad he would send the other two pieces. Two weeks went past  then I call and he sad he sent it in a envelope , I never got the other two pieces, and to this day I still have not received the two pieces that were sent in a envelope. I did not ask for two more extra pieces  i ask for the pieces that were incorrect and I did not receive.  There suppose to be some kind of warranty for these parts. now he just doesn't  want to honor it. I would like to have to two pieces and be done with it I should not have to pay for there mistakes when the parts are printed and stamp out wrong.

Customer purchased the item and we shipped it. Customer received the item, but he called us and ask us to replace the item, because he does not like the color. So we shipped brand new item and we paid for the shipping too. Customer received the item and he called us few days later, that he installed...

pieces incorrectly. We shipped new replacement pieces for free. After he received pieces, he called us again, that he needs 2 more pieces. We asked him to send the kit back to us for full refund,or he can purchase additional pieces, because we cant ship it to him for free anymore. He refused to send the item back to us and he refused to pay $15 for 2 extra pieces.
